The app utilizes your GPS location to find homes for sale nearby you, based on your current location, or, you can enter an address or MLS number. You can easily add listings to your Favorites list for offline viewing as well. Search Options include: Property Type (Condominium, Land, Single Family or Townhouse); Min/Max Price; Min/Max number of Bedrooms; number of Bathrooms. The app also allows you to use your GPS co-ordinates to search for listings around you. Neighborhood display on the search result which helps to find homes easily.
